For the first time since I started drawing, I decided to use a pen (Biro) to draw and it was an interesting experience for me. I’d quickly like to share five (5) lessons I learnt from the whole process. 1. Sometimes, you need some people to actually JumpStart you into doing something you never knew you could do or somethingy you knew you could do but only running away from it. I was sitting on my own when a friend of mine told me, ‘Tobi, you know you can draw with a pen’. I tried to give excuses but in the end, I did. Drop your excuses today and do something great.

42 Buildings To Be Removed Towards Upgrading Sports Complex

In the quest for upgrading sports infrastructure and to avert future damages the recent whirlwind caused to the Ondo State Sports Complex recently, the 7-man committee set up by the government on the acquisition of buildings around the stadium has submitted its report. The committee which was inaugurated by the Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Agboola Ajayi revealed in its report that 42 buildings needed to be removed from the location around the stadium to enable government carry out proper infrastructural upgrade of the facility. The 42 buildings include three worship centres and a primary school. The Chairman of the committee and Director of Public Buildings in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Mr Philips Akinbola said the committee ascertained the total land mass within and around the stadium with consideration for the structures that would be affected by the proposed plan of government. Former Queen of Ooni of Ife, Wuraola is Free to Re-Marry

Contrary to the erroneous thought of many that Wuraola Otiti, the former wife of Ooni of Ife is entangled to the custom of Yoruba land that believes no man can marry an ex queen has been resolved as Benin Elders returned her Bride Price. The Ooni of Ife few days ago received special visitors from Benin city Edo state. However, family elders of former Queen Wuraola Otiti returned the bride price Oba Ogunwusi paid on her last year. Though, the excess usage of them can also be referred to as addiction. The illegal substances are those that are prohibited by the government. They include heroin, cocaine and the like. MMM upgrades Ogoni community

The MMM-Nigeria’, a community of mutual financial aid and donations, Port Harcourt chapter, Sunday, commissioned a borehole in the community, saying it’s its own little way of mitigating the plights of residents in Kedum, Kaani ward, in Ogoni community of Rivers State. A Guider in the ‘MMM Community’, Ndukwe Joseph Ndukwe, said the project was motivated by the desire of the group to affect the society positively especially now the country is faced with excruciating recession induced hunger and poverty. Present at the commissioning of the project were the MMM Nigeria, PH chapter number one man, Abiye Johnson (100k+ Guider); Nonso Onwuneme (100k+ Guider), other MMM Guiders participants, Kedum community leaders and members of the community who were excited.

The death of Sen. Isiaka Adeleke has continued to generate different reactions from the indigenes of his community, Ede, in Osun State with the people of the town pointing accusing fingers to the incumbent Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola. Adeleke had died on Sunday at Biket Hospital after he was pronounced dead on arrival. According to report in some quarters, Adeleke had died as a result of overdose of pain killer injection administered to him intravenously by his personal doctor , however, the people of his hometown believed the report was not true that Aregbesola Murdered him to prevent him from succeeding him.
