Olusegun Agagu Lives in their Hearts




On this day 2013  an enigma, a Stateman and a political colossus, Late Dr Olusegun Agagu, former Minister of Power and Steel, former Minister of Aviation, former Deputy Gov of Ondo state as well as former Gov of Ondo State left this world to the world beyond.

Ondo State and indeed Nigeria really missing his eloquent smile and brain.


Olusegun Kokumo Agagu was born on the 16th of  February 1948  and died on the 13th of  September 2013. Agagu was a Nigerian politician who was Governor of Ondo State in Nigeria from 29 May 2003 until February 2009. He was replaced as Governor of Ondo State by Olusegun Mimiko, his political rival, based on a court injunction. His name, Olusegun, means "God is victorious" He was a member of the ruling People's Democratic Party (PDP).


Ondo people will never forget their legend, Olusegun Agagu; even on social media he is celebrated.
