Can this really be prison? Oh! It's an executive one for dignitaries. Even people who are not in prison can not afford a sachet water not to talk of a table water. This scenario just reminded of Pablo Escober, the Drug Baron of Colombian who built himself a prison. Anyways prison still remain a prison no matter the comfort.
