Rumor had it that armed robbers robbed vendors and customers alike of their possessions.
Rumor also have it that Popular musician, Kiss Daniel, was on the stage performing when the robbers struck, shooting sporadically into the air.
It was gathered that the armed robbers attacked the singers and removed his clothes, however he managed to survive it. Rumors also have it that cars were smashed and stolen and left people and kids petrified.
However Cross River State Government has described the report as false, that what happened was that some fans watching Kiss Daniel's performance became unruly at some point and threw plastic bottles on stage. There was no armed robbers neither was their any gun shot
