Vice President Yemi Osinbajo held a meeting with the National Economic Council (NEC) comprising of state governors on Thursday, August 20.

The meeting which started at about past 11 a.m. held at the Council Chamber of the presidential villa, Abuja, Daily Trust reports.
The governors in attendance include those of Zamfara, Kwara, Kebbi, Plateau, Anambra, Jigawa, Adamawa, Kano, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Benue, Ebonyi, Taraba, Sokoto, Imo and Lagos States.
Among the deputy governors present at the meeting are those of Kogi and Nasarawa State
Osinbajo, governors at National Economic Council meeting.
Details of the meeting is yet unknown.
